As with any project, you will require:  { 1, 2, 3 }

1. Structural Component System: A framework that you know will perform the
task required by you and demanded by your client. A system that will be assembled within a
strict budget (of time and money) set by you, and the contract you are representing. A
product that your client will be pleased to own, and you will be satisfied and proud of the
overall job, structural integrity and pure aesthetic form of design. From the simple, to the
complex, our proven system delivers.

Choice:

You and your client will have a multitude of glaze options, that selection will be reflected in the project design strategy. The same color matching to an existing building trim can be achieved with our Aluminum Rafters, either spray enamel or the very popular Powder Coating process. Please remember though, special ordering will increase job cost and time of delivery. The great majority
of our in-house projects are built with our standard "Clear" or "Medium Solar Bronze Tint" Acrylic Sheet, and "White" or "Brown" Rafters.

Also bear in mind, there exists a great variety of Acrylic Sheet on today's market.
We have selected the finest sheet possible for our customers, as friendly as our clients are, we
do not want to return, especially to replace inferior quality in any of our components.

2. Design: Every project must start with a design concept. This process will be an evolution
directly proportional to your ability to conceive of the most appropriate structure for the job.
But remember, as you construct more buildings, this concept will drastically improve with each
project completed. You are not left alone here, send us the layout of the job via fax or email,
and we'll put a plan together for you based on our experience, there is not much we have not
seen in this market - but you may surprise us!!

Project: CAD Draft Plans:  The more details - the better the plan.
Our view is: Build it in your mind - Plan it on paper - Construct it on site.
Plus, having a set of plans on files does come in handy for repair work if needed.

3. Site Preparation and Construction: This area is where you can make another
tidy profit from this endeavor. All sites usually will require some sort of preparation prior to
actual construction of the main project or building. Now this can be passed on to a subcontractor, or you do the complete installation. Here again, the beautiful nature of Aluminum and Acrylic,
WE DO NOT HAVE TO CONFORM OUR SITE DESIGN TO THE COMPONENTS. Meaning
that many of our competitors have set sizes for solariums, we do not. Build what needs to be
constructed. Yes, we do have some standards for our KITS, these being designed to the most economical layout of the material. However, even these can be modified to suit a non conforming
building dimension.

1. Site Preperation:  Ready soil for gravel and 6" concrete pour. Move irrigation lines.

2. Construct: Roof and Wall Frame:  Initial layout is a critical portion of any project.
     Dimensions: 12' x 13' (Floor area).

3. Glaze Roof & Wall: Medium Bronze Tint in walls, Super White Translucent on roof,
finish exterior on knee wall - matching house siding.

4. Interior Finish: Note Roof panels - Cool and Private. Cedar trim on wall. Plastic
glaze protective coating removed at project completion. Bronze Tint stops heat & glare.

5. Project Completion:Client says: "This is the coolest room in the house on those
HOT summer days." "And winter nights are spent in the Hot Tub." "Great Room!!"
