Our main marketing thrust has been the residential and commercial market, composed of dealer networks and in-house sales. Our market is now focusing
on expansion into an International Dealer / Supplier network.
All product can be shipped"Ready to Build", inclusive of all components
(i.e.: windows, patio doors, fan systems, whatever is required).
Or, each dealer can source their local supplies.

We will supply materials either:  { 1, 2, 3 }
1.Project Ready:  Material cut exactly to your project specifications.
2.Dealer Rough Cut: Materials are slightly oversized - needs final site trim.
3.Volume Orders: Straight material only - Full length Rafter Systems and
    Glazing. [ You bend it - You Cut it ]

We also can supply, each dealer a consulting set of (CAD) drafting plans on a
per item - project basis via WWW / Email data transmission. Dealers send us
our required project specifications sheet - we will send out the finalized plans
with material order.

This system is well proven, heavy snow loading, hard rains, heat, cold,
salt air attack, high winds, settling of the attachment building have not affected
the structural integrity of this glazing system.

Having been involved with this market for several years, we know our system ,
and its strong capabilities for every application. Plus, the market is expanding.
Each time a client purchases, their neighbors are inquiring. Also viewing this
from a contractors point of view, renovation additions consume many hours
of on site project supervision and work, not to mention materials, tools and
extensive on site labor. All these factors will cut into your margins.
 
 

The beauty of this glazing system is many fold - but the contractor will benefit

• A 10 year manufactures warranty on the glazing material. Any color, tint, thickness, transparency, translucent, opaque, polycarbonate, single or 5 layer thermopane, lengths to 24 feet. T-5 Aluminum Alloy rafters - baked enamel, or powder coated any color.
• BOTTOM LINE: An increased PROFIT margin / project versus conventional construction.

First, we are saying you can stay exactly where you are, you know the trade well and
are comfortable providing this service. We are asking you to only consider changing gears now, and learning another extremely viable building system. 3. YES, but there are already MANY SOLARIUM COMPANIES Here Already ???

Perfect !  - This indicates there is a healthy market where you live. We also have
at present - 31 other solarium companies listed in our Yellow Pages. This is not
counting the various carpenters working out of a truck, or the companies that blow
through town using heavy advertising campaigns and high pressure door knockers.

This means that there is:
1 company for every 16,000 people in our region.  So by now, you are probably
thinking this guy is nuts, how can they survive ???
Well, we have a totally exclusive:

• NICHE MARKET - First our product is totally different than all the others. We can provide extreme case custom jobs that will simply cost less than our competition.

• Our Solariums are 4 times lighter minimally than a glass solarium, this is a big factor on older decks that will require a rebuild in most cases by our heavy competition. And yet, this system will support equal to or more snow load than the competition. Our aluminum Rafter system is lighter as well - hence less cost per linear foot / meter.

• This system will allow a higher degree of design parameters - we have completed some pretty outrageous designs - and still stayed within budget for the client.

• Plus, if your installation crew just happens to drop our glazing, in most cases it will not break - back to profit margins. This sheet has 18 times greater impact resistance than glass. And if a sheet has cracked, we simply cut off the cracked section and utilize that portion in a smaller segment elsewhere on the solarium. Try that with glass !!  Polycarbonate sheet is only 200 times greater impact resistance than glass.

• Building codes demand SAFETY GLAZE on lower portions and on roofs. With glass, this means tempered safety thermopane. If you have ever moved a sliding patio door, you know how much that weighs. Well now consider trying to place that same material on a roof while you are standing on a ladder. Now switch gears to image the same project, and placing the roof panels using Acrylic sheet.  Not only 4 times lighter, but we supply lengths to 24 feet. Sheets lay in simply and fast !!

• Client project facing South?    Heat a concern?   We have glaze options that will alleviate heat gain build-up. From our standard transparent Solar Bronze Tint, to total control  with Super Translucent White Acrylic and/or Polycarbonate sheet. After providing proper glaze - further control achieved with ventilation windows, patio doors and fan systems.

• Do you live in a cold climate?   Cold a concern?   The majority of our solariums are built with 3/16" single glazed acrylic sheet. ( Remember, acrylic transfers less heat per square ft. than glass.) However, our system will allow all glazed surfaces to be "Skinned" with a second glazed layer to the interior of Rafter face. You may also select polycarbonate sheet with 2, 3, 4 or 5 layers.

•  Simply Speaking: Our product will price out less than the competition - if the other guys price lower - then they are buying that job - we walk.
