( Less Knee Wall @ ( 2' x 4') + ( 2' x 10' ) = 28 sq.ft.

7' x 20' = 140 sq.ft. (
Less Knee Wall @ 40 sq.ft. )
Knee Wall: [(2' x 10')+(2'x4')]
+ (2'0" x 20') = 28 sq.ft.
+ 40 sq.ft. = 68 sq.ft.
Hence:
TOTAL Glazed Area: 160 + 180 + (140 - 68) = 412
sq.ft.
